Welding Racks for Construction

A 4-Pack keeps up to four welding machines in one rack for a dedicated crew or work area. The 6-Pack and 8-Pack hold larger machine groups. Multiple racks create separate equipment groups when crews work in different areas.

Welded steel construction and Universal Welder Mounting provide the foundation for your selected machines. Major welder brands through 500 class are supported, with fit confirmed for the actual models. Welding machines are supplied separately.

Choose Rack Only for the frame and machine mounting, Integrated PDU for attachable power distribution, or Complete Quick Swap for Quick Install Plates, pigtails, resettable breakers and the PDU.

Lockable Tool Storage keeps cables, hand tools and consumables with the rack. Low Profile removes the storage compartment to reduce overall rack height.

The attachable Rack-Pack PDU is configured around the available source power, welding machines and auxiliary loads. Connection options can include Cam-Lok inputs and outputs, secondary feed-through, and outputs for tools, lighting or plasma equipment.

The electrical configuration is selected for the connected equipment and site requirements.

The Universal Base and PDU provide a retrofit option for an existing welding rack, subject to rack, mounting and handling fit. Keep a serviceable rack in use or choose a new Rack-Pack when the project needs a different machine count or arrangement.
