The Universal Base provides a mounting arrangement for the attachable Rack-Pack PDU on an existing welding rack. Keep a serviceable rack in your fleet while adding the selected power-distribution equipment.

Compatibility is confirmed against the rack, installed machines and handling application.

Complete upgrade

Universal Base Plus Rack-Pack PDU

The Base mounts the power-distribution equipment. The PDU provides the configured source connections and outputs. Both components are required for a complete Base-and-PDU power retrofit.

PDU options include Cam-Lok connections, secondary feed-through and outputs for welding machines and auxiliary equipment, within the selected electrical configuration.

The mounting arrangement is reviewed using the rack make, model, dimensions and attachment details, together with the installed machines. Available space, site access and handling requirements are part of the fit review.

New Rack-Pack systems are available with four, six or eight welding-machine positions. Each capacity offers Rack Only, Integrated PDU or Complete Quick Swap setups, with Lockable Tool Storage or Low Profile options.
