One PDU Across the Rack-Pack Range

The attachable Rack-Pack PDU is available with 4-Pack, 6-Pack and 8-Pack welding racks. It mounts to a new Rack-Pack or to an existing-rack retrofit through the Universal Base.

A main shutoff, visible voltage selector and configured outlets bring power-distribution equipment into the rack package.

Power for the Equipment You Use

Source arrangement, welding-machine branches, auxiliary outputs and protective devices are specified for the available supply and connected equipment. Tools, operator lighting and plasma equipment can be included in the output configuration.

Electrical ratings and connections are confirmed for the selected PDU configuration.

Field connections

Cam-Lok and Feed-Through Options

Cam-Lok inputs and outputs are available, with connection count, gender and phase selected for the project power arrangement.

A secondary feed for a plasma cutter or another rack can be included where supported by the source, connected loads and protective devices.

Equipment packages

Integrated PDU or Complete Quick Swap

Integrated PDU adds power distribution to a new Rack-Pack. Complete Quick Swap combines the PDU with Quick Install Plates, pigtails and resettable breakers for the complete welder-changeover package.

Existing-rack upgrades

Add Power to a Rack Already in Your Fleet

The Universal Base provides the mounting arrangement for a Base-and-PDU retrofit. Fit is confirmed from the existing rack, installed machines, mounting details and handling application. The Base and PDU are separate components of the complete retrofit.
