Industrial Multioperator Welding Racks

Rack-Pack multioperator welding racks organize separately supplied welding machines in one welded steel structure. Universal Welder Mounting supports major brands through 500 class, with fit confirmed for the selected machine makes, models, dimensions and connections.

A single rack keeps a machine group together; multiple racks serve crews working in separate areas. The range gives your fleet three position counts with the same choice of equipment packages.

Rack Only supplies the structure and mounting arrangement. Integrated PDU adds attachable power distribution. Complete Quick Swap includes Quick Install Plates, pigtails, resettable breakers and the 15 kVA PDU.

Lockable Tool Storage keeps cables, hand tools and consumables with the welding machines. Low Profile removes that compartment to reduce overall rack height. Canopy-mounted operator lighting, custom branding and paint are available configuration options.

The attachable PDU is available across all three rack capacities. Disconnects, voltage selection, field connections and outputs are configured for the available source and connected equipment.

Options include Cam-Lok inputs and outputs, secondary feed-through and additional tool, lighting or plasma outputs, subject to the selected electrical configuration.

The Universal Base mounts the attachable PDU to an existing welding rack, subject to fit. A Base-and-PDU retrofit adds power-distribution equipment while retaining a serviceable rack already in your fleet.
