Welding Racks for Shipyards

A single 8-Pack groups up to eight welding machines in one rack. Two 4-Packs divide the same machine count between separate work areas. The 6-Pack provides a six-position option for the equipment assigned to a larger crew.

Rack size, machine arrangement and storage options are selected alongside access, available installation space and the intended handling application.

Universal Welder Mounting supports major welder brands through 500 class, with final fit confirmed for the selected makes and models. Mixed machine groups and alternative assignments can be reviewed using the actual machine dimensions and connection information.

Welding machines are supplied separately. Lockable Tool Storage keeps support equipment with the rack; Low Profile removes the storage compartment to reduce overall height.

The attachable PDU is configured for the source supply, welding-machine electrical requirements and auxiliary loads. Available connection options include Cam-Lok inputs and outputs, secondary feed-through, and outputs for tools, lighting or plasma equipment.

Integrated PDU adds rack-mounted distribution. Complete Quick Swap also includes Quick Install Plates, pigtails and resettable breakers.

The Universal Base provides a mounting path for the attachable PDU on an existing welding rack. Retrofit compatibility is reviewed for the rack dimensions, mounting details and handling application.
