Welding Racks for Rental Fleets

Universal Welder Mounting supports major welder brands through 500 class. Each rack is configured for the intended machine makes and models, with fit confirmed from dimensions and connection data.

For fleets that rotate equipment between assignments, mounting fit can be reviewed for the alternative machine combinations. Welding machines are supplied separately.

Complete Quick Swap combines Quick Install Plates, pigtails, resettable breakers and the PDU in one equipment package. Rack Only and Integrated PDU configurations are also available.

Choose four positions for a smaller equipment group, six for a larger assignment, or eight to keep up to eight machines together. Fleet quantities can include different capacities and setups.

Custom branding and paint options support fleet identification. Lockable Tool Storage gives cables, tools and consumables a place with the rack; Low Profile removes that compartment for a lower-height arrangement.

A Universal Base and attachable PDU can add power distribution to a serviceable welding rack, subject to fit. The retrofit is configured for the existing rack, installed machines and handling application.

For new racks and retrofits, PDU connections and outputs are selected around the source supply, welding-machine requirements and auxiliary equipment.
