Welding Racks for Turnarounds

Four-, six- and eight-position welding racks let you equip separate work areas or keep a larger machine assignment together. Different crews can use different capacities and setups within the same project.

Universal Welder Mounting supports major welder brands through 500 class. Fit is confirmed for the planned machines and any alternative models the rack will serve. Welding machines are supplied separately.

Complete Quick Swap combines Quick Install Plates, pigtails, resettable breakers and the 15 kVA PDU. It provides the complete Rack-Pack changeover package for projects that require welder changes.

Rack Only supplies the structure and mounting arrangement. Integrated PDU adds attachable power distribution without the full Quick Swap package.

The PDU is configured around the source supply, welding machines and auxiliary equipment. Connection options can include secondary feed-through and outputs for tools, lighting or plasma equipment.

Lockable Tool Storage keeps cables and consumables with the rack. Low Profile removes that compartment for a lower-height arrangement.

Choose a new Rack-Pack for a complete machine group, or add the Universal Base and PDU to a suitable existing rack. Retrofit compatibility is reviewed for the rack, mounting arrangement and handling application.
